Abstract: Polylactide (PLA) and polylactide-co-glycolide (PLGA) particles entrapping rotavirus (strain SA11) were formulated using a solvent evaporation technique. To minimize denaturation of viral antigen during the emulsification process, serum albumin was used as a stabilizer.
